Back and Arm strengthening exercises?

I skate 2-3 hours a day and my legs are in great shape. My arms, not so much, and my back is a wimp.

Does anyone have 1-2 EASY and I mean, not a expert level exercise, for toning the arms and back? I have been trying 50 pushups a day for now.

    any kind of horizontal or vertical pulling works wonders for the back. deadlifts, bent over rows, lat pulldowns, seated rows, etc.... for arms, bench press, tricep extensions, curls, overhead press, etc....

    If you don't go to a gym ... all of these exercise are easily done at home using a resistance band.
