How do I get the "pounds lost/ to go" image on my posts?

I just started looking at posts and forums I've noticed some people have an image on their posts that says how much weight they've lost/ how much they have left to go. How do I add that to my comments/ responses?

AT the top of the boards where you see Home Recent Posts My Topics Settings and Search, choose Settings. There is one box there. Check it and save if you want your ticker to appear at the bottom of posts. Uncheck it and save if you don't want it to appear.
