30 Day Shred half way results

I am on day 19 of the shred and wanted to share my half point results. I hate exercising but this is the only exercise I have actually seen results from! I'm 5'6", starting weight 140, and 28 years old. I didnt have a lot to lose but after 2 babies, wanted to tone up. When I hit day 10, I weighed myself and had actually gained 3 lbs! Then at day 15, I had gained 2 more. I was so discouraged! Then I compared day 1, day 10 and day 15 photos...and even if I've gained 5 lbs, I couldn't be happier with the results!
