So no one wants to admit this but I weigh too much for my heart rate monitor... so I have to say I'm only 200lbs, with that being said I bought it to get a more accurate idea of how many Capella I'm burning because I do not want to rely on machines guesses. I just went on a 43minute walk and when I went to the summary screen, it showed a big 1000 then small on the side there is a kcal next to the 1000 but under that is the number 34, does anyone know which number I should be going by? Both seem extreme but the instructions it came with are not clear.. thanks in advance
