    well if you do it right which means eating healthy and exercising you should lose about 2-4lbs a week

    No no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no and did i mention NO!

    For someone who is 100+ lbs then maybe and even then 4lbs per week is excessive.

    Your weight is healthy at the moment and by loosing the extra weight you may be putting your health at risk. I recommend continuing a healthy, active lifestyle but not aiming for such a large weight loss. As you are around 125lb, 1lb(maybe 2lb) a week is healthy.
