Speratic weight loss?

Ive been keeping track and noticed a pattern in my weight loss and Im not quite sure what to think of it.

I started my weight loss journey on March 14, 2014 at about 150-155lbs. Sadly, I didn't weigh myself before I started. I got down to 143 within 2 and a half weeks and then 137 the following 2 weeks. All of a sudden my weight stalled for about 3 weeks, then I dropped to 134 in less than 3 days. I stalled at 134 for the next 3 weeks and suddenly dropped to 130 within a few days as well. Now I am stalled yet again with fluctuations from 130.2-130.9.

Is this normal? And has anyone else lost weight in the same fashion I have? I always thought you were supposed to lose gradually.

    It is normal for weight loss to fluctuate due to bowels, water, sodium, hormones, exercise, TOM, etc. This is nothing to worry about so keep tracking and great job in losing.
