    Ill tell you what ive been craving for the past couple weeks is fresh baked focaccia bread. But I dont have the patience to make the dough....let alone the time for it to rise..:(

    1 day marinated flank steak...grilled off make sure good char

    Basically do a quick sofrito
    Corn tortillos heated on grill...if not then lettuce cups....fresh chopped cilantro...fresh .avacado dip/ guacomole not blended but mashed together...I hate guacomole that looks like a puree....ugh...maybe with a little tomatillo sauce or salsa verde fresh
