Runners - Run Tracker App: No Wireless Data Plan?

I'm looking for a run tracker app that I can use to track the length and speed of my runs but I don't have a wireless data plan so no internet access when I'm out running. I just connect at home using wi-fi or bum wi-fi off of coffee shops, etc.

Does anybody know of an app that can track my run without having constant internet access? I tried googling it but I'm finding a lot of conflicting answers.
Thanks!

I believe all of the run tracking apps (runkeeper, runtastic, endomondo etc) use the GPS on your phone to track. The internet is only used to sync your runs back to you computer if needed, which can happen back home under wifi.

Runkeeper, Endomondo, Runtastic and MaMyFitness will all upload the run on WiFi after you finish. The only reason to use data is to download mapping on the fly.

    I'd assume Strava does similar.
