Hi, my name is Tony and I was born in Spain but raised by Chinese parents, I am currently living in Hutchinson Kansas, about to move to Topeka Kansas. I'm 18 years old, recently graduated from Trinity Catholic HS.
The day I got to America, I found myself incredibly skinny and weak compared with all the football players and basketball players, I started with 118 pounds at around 5'8 I guess. 2 years has passed and now I'm at 140 pounds at 5'10. I've actually been around 140 for about a year now, it's really hard for me to eat at a caloric surplus, but I'm trying and today found this very useful website. My goal is to reach 170 but 160 is good enough for me, I just want to get out of 140 and move on to 150 lol. Any kind of advice would be really appreciated, and yes I do workout 4 times a week, sadly I do miss workout days which I will definitely work on that. If anyone really read this, then thank you for wasting your time on my pitiful story
