Newbie to this site - hello!

I really iove this site. Works well with my droid phone (unlike my previous site) and has lots of great information and members!

I've always been up and down on the scales since age 12 (I'm 35 now). I've lost 45 pounds twice before (and gained it back), had two children and lost 62 pounds in 2008 with weight watchers. Since summer of 2009, i have gained about 35 pounds back from that (ugh) but i have continued 30 min DAILY exercising. I just stopped paying close attention to the amount of food i was eating.

I've been using this site now for 2 days - switching from the dailyplate (since they no longer have their droid app available) and find that this site is incredible! I love that you can add your own foods and nutritional information without having to join an upgrade plan.

Good luck to everyone - i look forward to hearing about your successes, tips and sharing mine as well (i hope!).
