Loss slowing down?

Hi, ive been losing 2lb a week and i am 4lb off 2 stone with another 3 to go, i was 700 cals under my weekly goal this week but i have stayed the same weight this morning weigh in........any ideas?
The only difference is i had a mcchicken burger wednesday but still counted the calories that day....

    What is your BMR and TDEE? What exercises do you do if any? Do you eat back exercise calories? If so, how many? What is your diary like? How much sodium do you have normally? Why did you choose 2 pounds a week?

    Weightloss does slow down after a faster initial loss. Perfectly normal and to be expected.
    Just make sure you are accurate in counting by using a food scale.
    It's not a race! Slow and sustainably is the name of this game!
