Triathlon Training/nutrition

Options
Hey everyone. So, for the past 2 weeks I've really started focusing on my training for my upcoming triathlon season. I workout about twice a day and, using my body bug to calculate my calories, I burn around 700-1,500 calories a day. I've set my profile to very active and have received this plan

Net Calories Consumed* / Day 2,150 cal/day
Carbs / Day 296.0 g
Fat / Day 72.0 g
Protein / Day 81.0 g

With my workout calories entered I find myself having to eat almost 3,800-4,000 every day if I wanted to balance it out . I swear I feel like I'm Michael phelps. I'm not trying to lose weight but mostly tone up and get performance ready for my races, skinny vs. performance strong are two difference things in my book. ....regardless. So I guess my stupid question is...Even if I'm not hungry should I go ahead and eat to make up for the difference or should I just eat how I feel ? My numbers have been really low, where I have over 1,000 remaining in my net but to be honest, I'm not hungry but i've noticed my body isn't responding and curious if it's in "starvation mode". I have energy and am still training well but I want to be healthy..any kind and helpful advice is appreciated. Thanks
