Feel shaky post workout(30 day shred)

Dear All,

I have been regularly working out for 4 days in a row of 30 day shred.

Post workout I feel myself shaking/weak for sometime(around 15-20mins).

I workout an hour before I sleep,it makes me sooo sleepy :yawn:

Does it relate to any health issue? Bit worried, looking forward for your advices...

    I started this today and im feeling ok.

    what have you eaten today??

    It may be because you haven't eaten enough calories meaning your energy levels will be low.
