Started out at 196.8 - today weight 190.2 (lowest was 189 this month). So not to bad. Been walking almost every evening now up to 2.4 miles. Gave up cokes and have not had one this entire month. Goal for next month to lose 10 more pounds and be close to180. I am taking this journey one step at time, but will make it to the finish line - I just might not get there as fast as others but that is okay.
