Ok here goes *Throws self at your mercy* Need a little Help!

please.

Ok ok... So im Kiira 29 from the UK. I am no stranger to weight-loss, Handwork , Motivation and Drive. I have a passion for all things healthy and i like to do well, I try to do my best 100%.

A little about me:

I lost 250+lbs
I had surgery to remove loose skin and gained 32lbs (lost 4lbs this week so that's a start) due to inactive and feeling low (making bad choices with food i wont lie).
I came back to MFP last week even though I've been on and off for a while i consider as of last week im doing it properly.
I have a ton of really kool friends and i love to support people on here.
I lost my weight with mainly cardio and clean, Low carb, High protein and eating good fats.. I think i know enough to help me do well. However i don't want to do well, I want to do my best.

So... I am looking for a Mentor, I want to reach that next step, I want to learn how to get the definition, The muscle tone and how to lean out but look healthy, I admit I can loose weight , I can run and cycle, Yet im a newbie when it comes to any strength training (besides the odd body weight or kettle bell exercise). I have no clue about what sets/reps and cutting ect and if i am honest i get confused easy when looking online at bodybuilding.com etc, The lingo seems to pass me by. I promise i am not Dumb (Well maybe a little).

I',m asking the ladies and gents who have a bit of time, Log daily and think they can push me forward , In return i can offer my silly humor, My 100 % commitment and everything i have.

I don't want easy anymore. I can train as much as i need to and i will. I can fit my life in and around my training and healthy regimes. As its the most important thing i have. I only life once and will be as far on the spectrum away from the 350lbs slob i used to be as i can get.

Message/post

I'm working on that, too. I always post exactly what exercise (sets, reps, if I've increased, etc) I'm doing in my notes. Since we're already friends, you can see that I log daily. I'll be happy to chat about any of this with ya. ^_^
