I joined MFP last year and lost 27 lbs thanks to tracking my food and I was 3 years post op bariatric. Over the winter and not tracking my food I gained 10lbs...I am back and my husband and I are both tracking our food now.
I just found out last week that I am 3 weeks preggo with my first baby!!! I am looking for friends to keep me motivated and to get tips as well. I found before that I really enjoyed looking at others food logs to give me ideas on what other people were eating to give me ideas so I am not eating the same 5 foods for weeks at a time.
