Before it is brought up, No I do not intend to try to lose weight while pregnant.
But I've been struggling to make my 1200kcal limit some days - but more recently getting close to hitting it - before that i was only getting around 1000kcals due to a diet change - eating almost double the volume of different foods after being diagnosed with coeliacs.

I need to know what is a healthy calorie goal per day - assuming you get the right amount of things you need through diet and supplements
I need something to aim for so that I can work hard to get that much in.
I know that this number is not 1,200kcals,
Any help would be great,
Thanks.

Ask your doctor if their health group has a nutritionist that they can refer you to. Before I got pregnant, I took a free class offered by my a nutritionist on staff with my midwife group that did classes on how to eat well during pregnancy (especially to avoid or manage gestational diabetes). It was really helpful.

What doctor diagnosed you with celiacs? Whomever it was (specialist, general practitioner....I don't know much about celiacs) would be another good resource.
