Hello everyone,
With my whole weight loss that I have been doing. I decided about 6 weeks ago that I wanted to run my first 5k.. So I started for the search of a charity that was best suitable for me. Well two of my daughters have EPILEPSY, and I got it. The Epilepsy Foundation is hosting their 2nd annual "SEIZE THE MOMENT" 5k RUN/WALK.
