Hi everyone just wanted to thank everyone for their good wishes and support. Well it was good news another week without being eliminated on the Wii biggest loser:laugh: and 1kg loss so thats first target of 100kg reached:bigsmile: Have found myself getting a little hungry and wanted to nibble so I had a couple of snacks but upped my time in the gym, seemed to work this week. Thanks again and remember no pain no gain
