Is losing 12 pounds noticeable? I am wondering 'cus since June I have lost 1-2 pounds a week and continue to do so. I've lost about 25 pounds and have 12 more to my goal. I'm 5'1 and the "low" for my height is 108. I do have muscle, I'm not a stick.

I'm currently 122 pounds. I feel like I can't see a difference every week though when I lose weight. I'm guessing its because I see myself all the time and I do have more weight to lose. I still have some arm jiggle and a stomach pooch.

So I was just wondering if 12 pounds is noticeable?

I would say it depends on body type and how well people know you.

I woner the same thing, I have lost most of my weight, thinking about losing a bit more, and I think you will notice, even if no one else does, so do it for yourself, and between losing the extra pounds and some exercise to tone and tighten, it will make a difference for both of us

Yeah, I took new pics because its better to see through pictures then the mirror. Lol
  • I think seeing weight loss on YOURSELF is a lot harder, even if it's 30lbs.

    Yeah, I agree.

I didn't even realize what a difference 25 was until I put an after picture next to my before picture.
