Greetings! I joined this site about three weeks ago after having found it as an Iphone app. So far I have lost 9 pounds and hopefully another 20-25 over the next three months. I am starting P90X on the 1st with a buddy at work as well as with a bunch of folks on this site. If you are interested search for P90X and look for the 1 November thread.

    Make sure you enter all your stats accurately in the profile section. Set a weight loss goal. Use the online tools to define your daily calorie targets. Record everything. Be prepared to be shocked at how many calories are in to smallest morsel of junk food, candy, etc. Troll the message boards for information. Friend a few folks that look like they are similar to you, have similar goals, etc.:smile:
