Lose 20lbs over Summer! Anyone?

Options
I really wanna lose at least 20lbs or 15-20 inches by end of Summer. Not sure how yet other then better eating, buttload of water and kicking my butt in work outs!

Anyone with me?

I'm in! I'm trying for at least 20, but won't get discouraged if the scale doesn't reflect that as I'm lifting also.

I'm hoping to take off 25lb. by Sept. It's ambitious but once I start running tomorrow to train for 10k distance, I think it will definitely be possible. :)
