INGREDIENTS:
Hunts - Tomato Sauce 15 oz Can, 1 container (1 4/5 cups ea.)
Italian Seasoning, 4 Tbsp
Nutritional Yeast Flakes, 2 Tbsp
Black pepper, ground, 1 tsp
Splenda - Sugar Blend, 2 tsp
Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
Onions - Dehydrated flakes, 1 tbsp
Whole Wheat Thin Spaghetti, 1 container (14 oz ea.)
Lean Ground Turkey 93/7, 1 container (16 oz.s ea.)

DIRECTIONS (IT’S EASIER THAN I MAKE IT SOUND, SORRY):
Fill a large pot 1/2 to 2/3 with water, put on stove to boil. Once water is boiling, add package of whole wheat thin spaghetti, stir occasionally.

While water is heating -
In a non-stick skillet, add ground turkey. Add a quarter-teaspoon pepper, 1 tablespoon italian seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon garlic and 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, cook.
In a separate pan, add can of Hunt's tomato sauce. Add remaining seasonings (pepper, garlic, onion, italian seasoning), splenda sugar blend, and nutritional yeast. Stir and heat.
Add meat to sauce, stir and heat.
Once pasta is cooked, drain. Add sauce.
