explain new weight watchers?

Can anyone give me the particulars of the new Weight Watchers plan? I did well back in the day wiht their "Core" plan. I am not having much success on my own great one week... bomb the next...great the next week etc. Maybe I need to try something new.

    I did great on Core, too, and am losing slowly on the new WW plan-- less than a pound a week while 100% on plan.

    There is a new plan that is a lot like Core. Eat off an 'approved' list, to satisfaction, with sensible servings, without counting, and have a weekly pool of points for your non-approved foods. It's called Simply Filling. The food list is very similar. A few things changed from Core.

    There is a new plan that is more like the old Flex plan, too. You have a daily points allowance and a weekly points one. Most fruit and vegetables are 0 points. The new points are different than the old so don't use old sliders and calculators for the new targets. You can switch between the two plans all you want, just not within one day.

    And of course there are the other aspects of WW besides the food plans.
