Is it easier for you to eat a small amount of high calorie food or lots of low calorie foods?

A little of both for me. Breakfasts are typically small quant/high cal/high nutrition (eggs, meat, oatmeal, etc.). My lunches are typically spinach salads topped with chicken and/or beans, and I eat them out of a mixing bowl, lol!. Dinners are a mixed bag of low cal (pile of broccoli, YUM!), high cal meat, starch/potato/grain; basically whatever to fill out my daily macros.
