A lapse is NOT a failure!

Ok, so I've seen a lot of people on here feel really bad when they go overboard (eating, not exercising etc etc) for a few days, then all at once they see it as a failure, lose confidence and some quit completely.
What i want to say to you is this.. YOU ARE NOT A FAILURE. That is it. its OK to lapse. It's OK to not exercise for a few days. Its only a small lapse and you will get through it and you can carry on where you left off
I just want you to know you are all doing great
