Hi All,
I have recently started working out to add some muscle to my body. So far I have added two inches to my chest, two inches to my shoulders and an inch to my thighs. Not bad for six months working out. I'm keen to keep my motivation going, so I hope that joining this community will help. There seem to be lots of people trying to lose weight here, but hopefully a few people can give me some tips about gaining muscle mass.
