I need a little help!

I'm trying to figure out what percentage of carbs and such I should be eating.

I'm currently 315 pounds, around 5 foot 5 inches, and I'm almost 22 years old. I currently eat about 1,200-1,500 calories a day but I want to know how much protein, sugars, carbs, sodium, etc I should be having a day!
