Hello, I'm new to FMP

So, here's my intro which I have in my profile.
After years of abusing myself with food/other bad things for me and cleaning up everything but the food, it's time to continue my journey. I was also diagnosed as clinically depressed several years ago.
Over the years I had noticed that sometimes when I ate various breads, my tongue and roof of my mouth would get "ticklish". I decided to try going gluten free just to see if it made any differences(Mid Jan 2014).
After one week, my depression was pretty much gone and I noticed other improvements as well, especially in the BM department. I saw my GP shortly after that(Feb 2014). He was ready to start me on Wellbutrin for the depression but we decided to hold off on that. He had me tested for celiac(there is history in my family) and that came back negative. In the end we decided to just stay the course as long as I was feeling better.
I did have previous weight loss success when using a personal trainer back in 2011, but that all crashed afterwards. I now highly suspect that it was eating more wheat products again that helped sabotage me after that.
It still took me a while longer after cutting out gluten to work up to seriously consider more improvements. I finally signed up for circuit training sessions at the beginning of May 2014. Man I really sucked at the beginning but I am getting better at it. My official weigh in was at 255 lbs (May 05, 2014).
Part of the program is to track what I eat, which is what brought me here. I tried other meal tracking programs and their databases were pretty bad. MFP seems decent(yay for actually recognizing Canadian bar codes!) but it would be nice to be able to track the time you ate your meals/snacks at. Especially snacks, since I have a history of binge eating.
So yeah, I guess that's my "oh woe is me" history with some key improvements/discoveries in the past couple of years that brings me to here and now. Life is now going in the right direction for me.
