looking for support

Hi All.

I am new here. I am looking for friends who have gone before and succeeded as well as those going forward like myself. My hardest time is night time.

    You're not alone... night time is decompress time. Glass of wine/beer, dinner, dessert... hard not to snack watching TV/movie.. etc.

    I agree, nightime is the hardest. I usually snack if there is food around. It is hard for me as my wife usually keeps junk food around the house so I snack on it.

    Other then not having junk food around the house to snack on, my only suggestion is to keep yourself busy, as eating at night is usually a sign of boredom. You could also leave enough room to have a snack in the evening as well.

    I'm looking for support and friends that have similar goals and are on here regularly. I've got 127 pounds to lose and have started a couch to 5k program. My first 5k is on 08/02!
