    So not for the wedding or Disney trip as stated in the OP?

    Like I said its a little goal to achieve inside the big one. Would I love to lose for the wedding and disney yes. Setting a little in the big. I have way more to lose than 20. I could understand if I said something like 40 or 50 by September I could understand people hounding but I didn't I said 20 and it's a little goal so people need to back up.
    Fair enough. So is your plan to achieve it detailed or are you just going to count calories?

    I am counting calories and working out. Trying to not eat crap on the night shift to stay awake but bring more fruits and vegetables that are counting in my calorie range.
