Any way to delay arthritis naturally?

Hello! I've decided to start exercising to get back in shape but a few days ago I felt like my right knee is acting funny. It doesn't necessarily hurt, but it's uncomfortable every now and then. I'm about 120 pounds overweight and I want to know if there are any dietary supplements I can take to restore any lost cartilage and prevent further loss? Also, I'm a bank teller, on my feet at least 7 hours a day, so any good exercise recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I'd also love to know of any good semi-dressy work shoe recommendations out there for a size 10 flat foot. Lol

Are you sure you have arthritis? Or might it be something else? For a while I had knee pain. My chiropractor figured out it was because my foot had spasmed into a flat position (instead of arched), which made me stand funny, which made my knee twist and hurt. He did an adjustment to fix my foot, then my knee was fine. Pain in the knee could be all sorts of things.0
