just started mfp about a week ago and i feel so proud at the end of the day and im under my calorie goal. this is such a helpful tool and im excited to start this life change. i am looking for diet buddies, so feel free to send me a message. i love how helpful and supportive everyone is, its great to know there are other people out there who need support and structure too.
