Waiting for fat to be trendy

Ok, I'm CC. I gained lots of wieght in school...the endless sitting while studying...not to mention the comfort food to get me through medical school. Now I am sick of being sluggish and want to get going. Need some support from you guys out there.....any one got some love?!
