Just signed up on here and so far I like it. For the past 3 weeks I have been jogging a full mile every AM before I go to work (have it down in under 15 minutes now YAY ME) but I still have not lost the amount of weight I would like to. I have had one week where i lost 4 pounds be every other week I've lost 1 or less. I know the reason I'm not losing more is because of where I work (Culvers is not a great place to work if your trying to lose weight, but I have found a lot of good menu items that are lower in fat and calories that I'm trying to stick with) and I have never turned down a good snack food when its in front of me (kinda how I got to where i am). This site looks like its perfect for helping me with my eating habits so I can see what I'm eating day in and day out and change where i need to.

My favorite thing about the site is there is instant accountability. I've gotten to where I check the computer before I eat something to make sure I have enough calories left to eat it. If your weight loss has slowed, you may be adding some muscle mass as well. Any difference in the way your clothes are fitting?0

Everyone else has told me how much better I look but I'm just not seeing it. About 6 months ago i dropped 25 pounds in about 2 months maybe even less and then I stopped going to the gym I was (got lazy and told myself I didn't have time) and when it came up to renew the membership I didn't renew it because I wasn't using it anymore. After that i put 10 or 15 pounds of the weight back on and now I just restarted my journey about 4 weeks ago when the biggest loser came back on and I'm not seeing the results i saw last time and its getting frustrating to see only 1 or less than 1 pound every week me and my wife weigh in (Tuesdays before we eat and then watch the show)0
