Could anyone point me in the right direction as to what i should be doing in the gym for maximum calorie burn. I have recently started a gym and i stay for 1 hour at a time. Machines available to me are - rowing machine, treadmill, cross trainer, exercise bike, all weight machines. I know i need to mix cardio with weights but unsure how much of each. Could someone give me say 50mins worth of exercise please

Do something that is fun, that way you stick with it longer.
Do small warmup, then some weights, some cardio at the end.
Stick with the big movements, deadlifts, bench press, barbell squat, stuff like that.
More bang for your buck, since you hit more muscle groups in a shorter time.
I usually do 5 minute warm up on one of the cardio machines, about 30-40 minutes weights, and end with 5-10 mins cardio again.0
