6 week bulk?

I am within my healthy weight range, but only just, and have been so for about two months. I don't think my body wants to lose any more weight. I kind of agree (scale wise certainly), although I do have some fat around my stomach that I know does not need to be there. I have been heavy lifting since February and have seen great results despite being in a deficit, but I think that progress has stalled too.
I want to have a go at a bulk/cut. My aim isn't to become thick with muscle, just to be tighter and stronger. I am worried about doing a bulk after spending so long losing weight but I am just getting my head around it and willing to try. The thing is (and I hate that I'm even saying it) I go on holiday in September and don't want to have excess weight on me when I go. I'd much rather go as I am now. So, I am thinking of a 6 week bulk/cut, but worried that 6 weeks isn't long enough and I will see no benefit.
What do you think? Does it make a difference that I am still new to heavy lifting?

You say 6 weeks to bulk but Saptember is 4 months?.... if you mean 4 months I say increase your food intake especially chicken breast and other lean meat... and hit it hard
but if you want to bulk up in 6 weeks it may take some more time...0 -
The aim should generally be to get kinda lean before you start a bulk.
Maybe the stall means you need to adjust your program?
Id definitely suggest eating at maintenance before you consider trying a bulk and seeing if that helps you.0
