So I just started using MyFitnessPal and on the app I checked my weekly net calories and it says I am 3,134 Net Calories Under Weekly Goal, I don't understand what that means is that bad? Should I eat more, I mean I feel like this week I have been eating so much and so poorly too...so I'm a bit confused....My goal calorie intake is 1200 btw

If you are eating 1200 calories a day (are you?) then did you log a bunch of exercise this week? When you exercise, the app will add more calories to your daily target to keep the same deficit you were set up with. So if you burn 500 calories of exercise you can eat 1700 calories of food and lose weight at the same rate as if you ate 1200 calories with no exercise. Most people recommend eating back at least half of your exercise calories, because when you work out you body requires extra fuel, and if you burn 500 and eat 1200 then your body only really has 700 calories for fuel for the rest of your day.0
