Can I use popcorn in food?
I bought a big box of light popcorn when I just started tracking calories, because I thought I would have crave snacks often.
Well, by now, I'm completely fine with just eating at meals, so now I have all this popcorn that I don't know what to do with.
And I was thinking, are there any dishes I could include it in? It's salted corn, after all, it shouldn't be a no go to use it as a food.
Throw it in some salads? Use it instead of rice in an asian dish? Crush them and use it as breadding? Any ideas? I'm willing to experiment, and I'm not picky with texture or 'blandness'

I wouldn't have thought of it myself until you mentioned it but using it as a substitute for bread crumbs sounds like a tasty idea! Stuffing, meatloaf, etc. I bet using it in a mix for stuffed mushrooms would be divine!0
