Hi all
I have been exercising regularly using FITNESS GLO ( i highly recommend it, by the way! Great teachers and so awesome to be able to just jump in at home when its convenient). I am never sure, though, how to really quantify how many calories I burned. Does anyone out there know of a great resource to accurately figure out what is being burned during exercise?
Thank you!
Kristin

Assuming you don't have a Heart Rate Monitor, I would suggest this site: http://www.exrx.net/Calculators/Calories.html
I used it before I bought a HRM and I found it to be fairly accurate. Good luck and great job on finding an exercise regimen that you enjoy!0 -
