can anyone relate?

what a horrible night of eating I put in. I am so discouraged and this is why I fail. for example. Last night after eating all the 40 cal Popsicles I had the soft pretzels and I finished the box and fell asleep and then I had 2 hot dogs and then I awoke i dont know when but I had 4 more. I feel horrible. I keep failing. I just awoke and thought ok Tina today is a new day. So I am gonna try again. I do struggle with eating and I think I may use food as a soother. I need support and would love to hear from others who do the same.

    I had five beers and some bad food choices to, about 3 pounds worth. I suggest adding up those calories (even when bad you should still be logging) and then go for a run. Compare the two number so you can correlate how hard you must work to burn off those binges. Also make sure you eat close to your deficit number so your not too hungry. Time to dust off and get back on that horse and show it who's boss. Start again today and please get rid of those hot dogs, they are evil.
