restarting in a big way

I've been messing around on MFP for almost exactly a year. Lost around 30 lbs (way more if you count the continuous cycle of gaining and losing). Getting ready to move into my first home with my husband and want to start life out the right way, with a nice big glass of weight loss. Problem is I have very few friends remaining at this point (most have died off) so I would appreciate some motivational people. Plan is to work out 4 days a week, and try and stick with a high protein meal plan, strength training. If any or all of these things sound like something you have experience with/are doing please friend me! The extra motivation goes a long way.
