    HI Jessica, welcome to MFP. Great tool to keep track of what you're eating and see what kind of changes you want to make in your diet/exercise. There are a lot of different opinions, recipes, and advice. Most importantly-accountability and support from friends :)

    Welcome! You will learn everything you need know by peeking around. Make a calorie and exercise goal. Track you food and water intake. Weight and measure your food and find they new you!
