    So nice to see so many of us 'restarting". I felt pretty crappy about myself having to admit it was time to rejoin MFP. Lost over 60 lbs. two years ago. Have slowly gained it all back. It's hard to find time to take care of ourselves. May this time be the final restart for us all :-)
