Hello- on my first day!

I just wanted to say hi and that I'm looking forward to being a support and getting support here. My son is getting married so that has made me stop and really look at where I'm at in my life. I have vowed to not make anymore excuses to not be healthy. I have a long way to go to my weight loss goal but I plan to enjoy the journey. Good luck to you all!

    Best of luck to you. My advice to you is log everything you eat and try your best to not go over your daily goals, if it does happen then you can make up for it over the next day or two. Also invest $20 in a kitchen scale, it is so easy to under guess the weight of the food you are eating.......accurate logging is imperitive. Watch the juices and sodas, sugar is calories and both of these items are full of them. The other one is read the post and take your advice mostly from the ones that are being sucessful in their goals.
