So the week was going swimmingly until last night hit. Had to go to the ex's to pick up some stuff of mine that was still there and didn't make it out before getting kissed and being told "maybe we gave up too easily." Augh! Noooooooooooo.

I'm afraid to even log the amount of chips and wine my roommates and I self-medicated with. Anyone ever wake up and dread facing the MFP music?

Oh yeah I've had bad days...but on days like that, just log your food like you normally would and put in your notes why you screwed up. Move forward with each day like new. Don't let it get you down.

Yup, and I entered it all anyways! (And the real number (calories) wasn't as bad as the number I had imagined it would be.)

Yep. Like how I logged 2000 cals for the huge freaking plate of mexican food and beer I at last night? It happens...the important thing is to get back on track the next meal and keep moving forward.

Think about this -- the fact that now you consider one of those nights as "facing the MFP music" -- meaning you are now holding yourself accountable (even though it isnt fun!!) where as before, im sure like me, you wouldnt even think twice about emotionally chowing down on nachos late night.

    Be PROUD of yourself!

Whoo boy, it's in. that was horrible, haha.

Another bonus of this lifestyle: I used to always get the WORST hangovers, but today? After a bottle of wine? Nothing. I guess those eight glasses of water a day really do make a difference.

Yup, you should have seen my "lovely" total from yesterday...My worst day since joining MFP.

Ex's can be such pains; mine gets nasty when I don't play his games to the point I left the area where I grew up and have spent my life just to get away from the crap.

Hope you enjoyed your day of pigging out and thank goodness it's a new day for those of us who indulged a little too much yesterday.
