in need of a little motivation

Im 22 years old and have a 3 year old daughter. since she has been born i have been at a set weight. i cant lose it and thankfully haven't gained either. I don't eat much due to just out of habit. I make her meals and i am just not hungry. I haven't been able to stick to a exercise plan or a diet plan. I don't know what else to do :/

Your post is vague on the specifics and your diary isn't open, so I'll talk in generalities here. Start by committing to weighing/measuring everything you eat and log it for at least 2 weeks. Don't make any changes yet, you are getting a baseline assessment of just what you are really eating currently.

Now set up your goals here to see what calorie and macro limits it gives you. Take a good look at your 2 weeks of logging and compare it to the suggested amounts. Where are you going wrong? Calories too high or too low? Too many carbs and not enough protein?

Then start making adjustments to your plan. Add protein, reduce or add calories etc, whatever you need to to get to a more balanced diet nutritionally. Continue to measure and log very single day. My guess is that since you are maintaining the same weight, you are eating more calories in a day than you realize. It could be that you only eat twice a day but the foods are calorie dense. Again, I am guessing here as I have no facts to go on, not even a starting weight.

For exercise, take a walk very day. Take your daughter to the park and make running around playing chase a game. Take her swimming. Pull up some videos on YouTube to work out to and let her try to do it too. Turn on your favorite music and dance.

Body weight exercises are great and require no equipment to buy. These are things like sit ups, push ups, squats, lunges, leg lifts, jumping jacks etc. Yes, these are the things most people think of as exercise, but turn on some music and make it fun. There is no limit to what you can do.

Motivation is something only you can provide. Making this lifestyle change is not easy and you have to really want it, commit to it, or it won't happen. I assume you want to be healthy and live a long life with your daughter. You want to set a good example for her so that she will make good food choices and be active growing up. Use this to help you make the changes you need to in order to meet your goals.
