Invert triangles/weight is in upper body

Hey, just wanted to make a post to see anyone with a similar body type as me.

I've been "dieting" since I was young and my upper body is always late to the losing party. Now, that I have a more healthy eating pattern and exercising, I thought it would be different but its not. My upper body makes me look so much bigger than I should. My stomach, and lower body has shrunk quickly and I would like to see some of those results in my arm and chest.

Sorry, I kind of wanted to share some of my frustration to see if anyone else has experienced it too.
