I am a mum of 4, big kids and my tot is nearly 18 months. I have never really watched my weight but I think as I hit the big 4-0 in December I should be careful what I eat. I am not new to exercising i have always done some exercising , mainly aerobics type things. I do lots on you tube at home a the moment I am working my way through Jillian ripped in 30!

Anyway, I will have lots of questions along my way to keep picking your brains for answers. Thanks for reading.
