Health is relative to function, not statistics. The numbers given are general guidelines and there will always be outliers and exceptions. Don't ask strangers, ask your doctor. If you feel fine, are functioning normally, and eating/moderately exercising regularly without strange side effects, you're probably fine.

Absolutely wonderful answer. To expand on it, if you're using disordered behaviors to compensate for what you did/didn't/or will eat, that could indicate an issue. If you follow certain eating rules, only eat/feel guilty for eating certain foods, these could also indicate an issue. If you would like a statistic to compare yourself to, the average nonrestrictive eater maintains on 2,500-3,000 calories a day. If you limit yourself to a certain amount, or identify with any of the other behaviors above, you should probably talk to your doctor.
